How can I file an EZ Warranty claim?

All Laza products come with a 180 days or one-year warranty from the original purchase date with proof of purchase from an authorized reseller.

To begin a warranty claim, write your full name and the current date on a piece of paper and place your case near it. Take a quality photo of the case, honing in on the damaged area, being sure to capture your name and date in the photo also. Next, email info@lazawireless.com with the following:

  • Your photo of the damaged case (showing your name and date as described above)
  • A copy of your purchase receipt or Laza order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your ship-to address and phone number
  • A full description of your case, including: Device type, full product name(series), and color (e.g. iPhone 6 Plus (5.5) Slim Shelly Case Granite Black)

Providing all of the information above will help expedite the review of your claim. We will evaluate your claim (typically within 7-10 business days) to determine if it qualifies for a warranty replacement under our EZ Warranty and will contact you via email regarding the status of the claim.

PLEASE NOTE: All products returned to Laza will be subject to review for authenticity. Products determined to be counterfeit will be confiscated and turned over to Laza’s legal department for action. Counterfeit cases will not be returned or replaced and consumers should seek restitution from their original place of purchase.

How do I return my product for a refund?

Laza is dedicated to bringing you, our customer, the latest technology in high quality batteries and shockproof cases and accessories. Your Laza case and Laza accessories are covered by a full 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy. All Laza Products purchased may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as described below, to ensure that customer satisfaction is made on every purchase.

You will be asked the reason for your return and you will need to provide your original order number and payment information. Accordingly, please have this information readily available. Laza will verify that your return is being made during the applicable 30-day return period. Once your order has been verified, you will receive an e-mail which will include your RMA number as well as instructions for the return.


You must use an insured carrier service with a tracking number. Please provide us with return information when available. As part of the requirements for this Return Policy, the returned Laza product must be received by us (at the address specified in the return instructions we provided you with your RMA number), in the original and resalable condition and in the original packaging. You must include a full description of why you are returning the Laza product.


For approved returns, Laza will refund to you the purchase price you paid for the returned Laza product. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the Credit Card you used for the original purchase, less shipping charges (which are non-refundable except for returns made under the Warranty). Please allow 6-8 business days to process and approve your request.

My phone broke while it was in a Laza case. Will you replace it?

We’re sorry to hear that. While our cases offer impact protection from drops, we can not guarantee that they will prevent any and all damage to the device. If you drop them hard enough, from high enough, or onto a sharp or protruding element, your device may still be damaged.

Since our EZ Warranty covers only Laza products, it won’t cover damage to any device or personal property.

What is the best time to reach you?

Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday between 10:30am – 7:00pm PST.

We will be closed on the following holidays for 2016: January 1 (New Year’s Day), February 17 (President’s Day), May 26 (Memorial Day), July 4 (Independence Day), September 1 (Labor Day), November 27 (Thanksgiving), and December 24, 25, and 26 (Christmas holiday).

How can I add a promo code to my order?

Select which product and color you would like and then click “Add to Cart.” You will be directed to the Shopping Cart, where you will see a “Coupon and Discount Code” field next to an “Apply Coupon” button. Enter your promo code in this field and click the “Apply Coupon” button. Your Shopping Cart will update to show your adjusted price.

Product Availability


You don’t have a case for my phone. When will you be creating a product for my device?

We’re always working to develop the best products for the latest mobile devices. However, we’re not able to make cases for every device that’s released.

The best way for you to find out when we have cases coming out for new devices is by signing up for Laza emails. In addition to product announcements you’ll also receive exclusive discounts, company buzz, and the latest colors and styles for mighty slim protective cases. Of course, you are able to opt out of our emails at any time, or select to receive emails only for products that fit the devices you are interested in. Sign up at the bottom of our homepage.

Where can I find a case that used to be on your website, but isn’t available anymore?

It’s possible that we no longer carry that product.

You may find it by doing an internet search with your model number or product description, but please be aware that the Laza warranty only applies to purchases made from an authorized Laza reseller.

Product Fit


I have an adaptor or other accessory that won’t fit with your case. What should I do?

We test our cases with the OEM(original equipment manufacturers’) accessories such as headphones and chargers (e.g. those that came with the device at the time of purchase). Our cases may also be compatible with third party accessory manufacturers, but there can be variances with these manufacturers that affect the fit.

Do your iPhone 5s/5 cases also fit the iPhone 5c?

No, the iPhone 5c has a curved design while the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s have a square design. Make sure you pay attention to the device compatibility before purchasing a product.

Do your iPhone 6 cases also fit the iPhone 6 Plus?

No, the iPhone 6 Plus has a 5.5 inch display which makes it significantly larger than the iPhone 6 and its 4.7 inch display.

Do your cases for Samsung Galaxy S4 and S5 fit the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active and S5 Active?

No, our cases do not fit the “Active” devices. The Samsung Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S5 have different dimensions and buttons than the Galaxy S4 Active and Galaxy S5 Active. Make sure you pay attention to the device compatibility before purchasing a product.
